Stable production was also achieved for products such as multi-functional film-grade polyester and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. These figures reflect the accelerated pace at which this state-owned "key enterprise" is advancing in the high-end sector of the industrial chain, driven by the "sharp tool" of technological innovation. The company successfully met its mid-year targets for both revenue and profit, securing more than half of the annual goals.

It has vigorously conducted "100-Day Accident-Free Safety Competitions" and initiatives to create "Accident-Free Plants," while implementing "20-Point" rigorous measures to firmly enforce safety responsibilities. The company strictly controls the number of simultaneous operations, fully implements a "Zone Manager" accountability system, and conducts thorough hazard identification and remediation. It has completed high-quality internal system audits, comprehensively upgraded environmental controls, and carried out practical emergency drills to enhance response and handling capabilities. It exercises dynamic control over key indicators for 79 major units, tracks product marginal contributions in real-time, and flexibly adjusts production plans. By closely monitoring the market to optimize its product mix, the company successfully executed the initial production runs of new products—such as cross-linkable polyethylene PE-HD 5025P and high-end F400 waterproof asphalt. This has further diversified its range of specialized new materials, marking a leap from "1 to N" and demonstrating steady progress in the industrialization of specialized products.

Reducing costs and expenses. Liaoyang Petrochemical has firmly embraced the mindset of "living a frugal life" by formulating "one-plant-one-policy" plans for quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, alongside implementation schemes for cost control. Focusing primarily on the two key areas of processing costs, the company has maximized its potential for cost reduction and expense control, implementing 178 specific measures. In the first five months of this year, it achieved cumulative savings of 1,600 tons of standard coal and 150,000 tons of water, yielding tangible results in cost reduction and efficiency gains. Regarding material procurement, the company has adopted a dual approach combining "transparent procurement" with strategic sourcing; by closely monitoring price trends for bulk raw materials and optimizing procurement timing to align volume with price, it has saved 5 million yuan in procurement funds.
