Through "embedded services," the company has formed specialized technical service teams that integrate deeply into key customers' R&D and application processes. Providing end-to-end technical backing—from formulation design and process adjustments to finished product testing—these teams fully harness the advantages of an integrated "R&D-production-sales-application" mechanism. When issues arise, technical teams arrive on-site within 48 hours and complete targeted formulation optimizations within a week; this approach not only secures orders but also bolsters the company's reputation.

By tackling bottlenecks associated with high-load unit operations and optimizing scheduling models and product-switching protocols, the company has achieved efficient transitions between product grades, resulting in a steady year-on-year increase in effective production time. Each processing unit has vigorously advanced the transformation of technical achievements, completing technical upgrades such as compressor energy-efficiency retrofits and the application of new catalysts, while effectively driving the substitution with domestically produced equipment. Through predictive maintenance and intelligent management and control, the failure rate of critical equipment has dropped by 10%, providing a solid foundation for stable and high-yield production.
